Apple Study – Colored Pencil

by Wendi OBrien

This is a little apple study I completed where I take you step by step on how to complete not only the apple, but also the apple itself. This is a great tutorial for the beginner and those looking to advance their colored pencil skills without using OMS.

While you can use OMS (Odorless Mineral Spirits), I usually do not in most of my artwork. If you are used to using OMS then this may be a bit of an adjustment, or just go ahead and use it if you prefer. Either is fine.

The list of supplies are in the video description, but also listed here as well as the time codes for the different sections.
